Meanwhile, in London the owners of some vehicles pumping out pollution could be digging into their pockets from today. Mayor Ken Livingstone's latest scheme to improve air quality in the capital - the Low Emission Zone - means anyone driving an older truck or lorry must make sure their vehicle meets emissions standards or they'll end up forking out £200. For all intents and purposes, this climate milarky has gotton out of control and abused to the healm by many a politician for the sake of raising money. Rather than continually obstruct the legitimate rights of individuals and business Mr Mayor should get a grip with the rail companies and enforce Oyster prices as previously submitted, whilst at the same time ensure that Oil Giants, the creators of the fuel that emits such monoxides be charged a huge levy. On the other hand [Phil Collins] as there is something [In The Air Tonight]why are such vehicles allowed to pass an MOT in the first place. Ask me it is sheer incomptence and is like the absurd practices deployed by many a council in raising council tax through court.

Mayor of London says Taxi's and Buses okay, that is rubbish' they are the worst offenders. He is right however to do somthing, I stopped going to London years ago because of the emmisions
